Trigger warning: October 7th
An award-winning website built after October 7th to house the stories of the casualties. After crafting the platform UI in Hebrew, I created an international version in English to bring these stories to the world.
The adaptation required a delicate balance: recreating the sensitive vocabulary chosen for the platform, explaining to readers abroad the meaning of October 7th, and conveying deeply-Israeli concepts.
